Returns and complaints
Returned goods:
By law, every consumer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Purchased goods can be returned in person at the store or through your chosen carrier. If for some reason you do not like the purchased goods, please proceed as follows.
Return by carrier:
- Fill in the form for withdrawal from the contract
- Print the completed form
- Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. Please include the completed withdrawal form and a copy of proof of purchase in the package.
- Please send us an undamaged product with all components in the original packaging back to:

Complaint:
Is there something wrong with your goods? If the defect manifested itself in the goods within 24 months of its purchase, you can claim the goods. Please follow the instructions below
Complaints through the carrier:

- Print the completed Complaint Form
- Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. Please include the completed Complaint Form and a copy of the product purchase receipt in the package.

Your complaint will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than within the statutory period of 30 days from the delivery of the claimed product back to us.
